| Oh Gott! I'm dying! I know I am! My skins melting of my face! Or I'm burning, I'll be nothing but a pile of dust! Like the good old vampires from the old moives, the ones that didn't sparkle in the sun, just turned to a pile of ash. I'm going to die and it's all this heat's fault!! Stupid July heat!
Those were the words going through Gilberts mind as he laid, sprawled on the ground, in one of the school's many courtyards. He was lying under a large maple tree, taking up as much of the cooling shade as he could. He hated the fact that his school was so old it didn't have air-condition, and the lake was full of people right now he didn't feel like getting mauled just to go for a swim. "This sucks" He gave a groan.
To be honest, he shouldn't even be outside, it was way to hot and sunny, and his delicate albino skin felt like it was going to shatter. Even after lathering the sunscreeen on. But being in the stuffy school rooms didn't help either, they just made it harder to breath. Did he hate to be albino sometimes.
So there he sat, bored to tears, hot, alone, and grumpy in black and white checkered shorts and a simple white wife beater. His stupid, smoldering, sweater vest and button up dress-shirt that both held his house crest were lying uslessly beside him. Along with his open-toed sandles, which he hated wearing, stupid shoes made his feet hot.
Did he ever wish for the crappy English weather right now, dear Gott did he want it to rain!
Or at least someone to suffer with. Gilbird didn't count, he was alseep in the pile of clothes, the damn desert owl was use to this heat. |

| Raivis hugged his Arithmancy book to his chest, looking around outside; he'd left his cloak back in his room, it was a pretty hot day, but he kept on his sweater anyway. It felt safe. He wasn't used to such hot days, but he could handle it. It wasn't like he was as sensitive as an albino would be, at least.
It was time for homework, and Raivis thought being outside was a little nicer than indoors; heck, he couldn't go out there and read his book if it was raining, what was a little heat when they had all these scenic things outside? The lake was particularly nice, he thought, very nice to sit by and do his school work. Raivis really did enjoy homework, Hogwarts was a little more difficult than his previous school; he silently challenged all his classes to be too hard for him. As if they could~
Normally, his peers were raucous, obnoxious, and basically annoying, so Raivis liked to find himself a good, quiet place outdoors when he could. He was pretty good at hiding himself and squeezing into small spaces(though, after a lovely experience with an overgrown spider, Raivis hadn't been keen to crawl anywhere dark and cramped anymore). While the others swam, he'd be on his own, getting all his work done! He smiled to himself, though now that he'd been wandering for a bit, he was starting to think his sweater was expendable.
Raivis saw a tree ahead, perfect! He'd take his sweater off, relax in the shade. He hurried towards it, not noticing the person sprawled out in the shade on the other side till he'd dashed over it, tripped, and fallen on top of him, book and all.
"Gwaah!! I-I'm sorry, I didn't see you!" he squealed, face flushing in embarrassment. Oh God, he was an idiot!

| The July heat had even penetrated the dungeons where the Slytherin common room resided. It was underground--and now the common room felt too stuffy and Maria couldn't breathe. There were too many people sweating in one place that it reeked, too. Her room wasn't an option as she did have to share a dormitory with three other girls (who invited their friends and heated up the place even more).
Scotland shouldn't have been capable of this weather, she cursed. Stupid global warming.
The moment Maria had stepped out into the glaring rays of the sun, she flinched and cringed. The self-declared Prussian had practically stepped out in her sleepwear, wearing nothing but a black spaghetti strap crop top and dark blue booty shorts. She had snagged some brown slippers from her roommate (safe to say the girl wouldn't be missing these) as the only shoes she owned were the white hooker boots that reached up to her thighs and sneakers. She never thought Scotland would get so damn hot.
Making her way over to her favorite tree, she was shocked to find someone already there... along with another. Cursing again in German, she was about to stomp over and demand the others to 'move it or lose it' when she realized that would just make her sweat more.
Sighing, she opted instead to take the clothes lying next to the person who looked like an albino himself (mindful of the tiny owl on top) and dump them on him to create space. She paid no heed to the blushing and stuttering Hufflepuff that had just tripped on the other and created a scene.
Without a word, she collapsed onto the ground and heaved a sigh. Gilchicky seemed content to nest herself in her bosom. Lucky owl was used to this heat.

| ((Crap, Hogwarts is in Scotland? Since when?? -is such a terrible harry potter fangirl-))
Gott, he could hear cicadas, that was a sign that it was hot out. Damn, wasn't going up north supposed to make things cooler? Stupid, stupid, heat and it's stupid ways!
Closing his tired, red eyes for a moment, he took a deep breath....
There was a surprised squeak and suddenly all the air was pushed out of his lungs as something kicked him in the side of his ribcage, then landing on top of his chest. Holy crap! This was not an awesome way to spend day!
Giving a groan, he look at that had fallen on him. Seeing a small child, probably a first year, with curly bond hair studdering out apologies with a flusterd face, Gilbert only groaned. He wasn't in the mood to bug people.
"Yea, yea kid, I know your sorry, it's fine." No it wasn't, he was going to have a bruise the size of Quebec in the morning! After a few more moments, he was starting to get hotter with this kid's body heat against him. "Kid, I know I'm awesome and you feel that you need to be near me. But your killing me here! Holen Sie sich weg von mir!" he gave an exasperated huff.
He turned his head back, away from the boy, only to have his face covered by some hot material. With a yelp, he swatted it away, cursing at the stuff in German. Who the hell, dumpped his stupid shirts on him? Struggling, he sat up and whipped around to glare at some albino chick. "Oie! What the hell! You don't just dump people's shit on them!" Crazy bitch. He glanced around to look for Gilbird, hoping that bitch didn't hurt his baby. When he noticed that he was now curled on top of the blonde boy's hair, he gave a sigh and flopped back down. He was to exausted to take him off the boy.
He was tempted to ask why the hell they all decided to come to HIS tree, but felt to tired to move his tounge.

| Raivis heard the other dismissing his apologies, but kept apologizing anyway and laid there for a moment before realizing he was, indeed, laying there, and say up. The guy he'd fallen on looked much older...Oh crap, he looked tired now, but Raivis was sure he'd be hunted down later and paid back for this. Why did he have to lay somewhere Raivis couldn't see him?
"I-I-I...!! Pl-please don't be mad, I d-didn't mean to, I'll m-make it u-up to you, I p-promise!" he murmured, not even noticing the little bird on his head he was so panicked. "I d-didn't mean to fall on you! A-ah...I'm sorry!" he murmured, until finally he saw the girl that was sitting near them now. He jumped; where had she come from?!
"P-people are coming out of nowhere, l-like ghosts...!" he whined after Gilbert told the girl off. Grabbing his Arithmancy book and hugging it to his chest again, he looked back and forth at the two for any sign of hostility. He didn't dare move between the two very pale Slytherins(were they albino?), for fear of tripping again and causing more problems.
If Raivis felt he could have moved without stepping on one of them, he would have gotten the heck out of there, and quickly. Perhaps he should try and take the guy he'd tripped on to the infirmary? Not that he looked about to move...Okay, he could ask the girl to move so he could get out of there! ...No, she looked kind of scary as well. People are so stupid, why can't they all just go away and give me the tree? I'm actually studying...He complained in his mind, sighing.

| Unfortunately for the other albino Slytherin (and maybe the small Hufflepuff), Maria had more than enough energy to open her mouth and speak. She just didn't have enough to stand up and walk away. Not like she wanted to, anyway. It was sweltering hot! She could feel her skin burning in the heat. It was days like these that she wished she wasn't an albino.
"Ihre Sachen haben mir in den Weg!" she replied loudly in a somewhat snarky tone. Maria would roll over to confront the other if Gilchicky hadn't made herself comfortable in her cleavage. Plus, she was too tired to do anything at the moment other than run her mouth.
She cracked open a purple and light blue eye and peered at the Hufflepuff standing between them. He looked like a first year, maybe younger, and a bit nervous. Gott, the sooner he (and the other albino) left, the sooner it would stop being so hot. Maybe he didn't know where to step? Maria could use this to her advantage.
"Hey, 'Puffie," the poor kid already got a nickname less than five seconds of Maria spotting him. "Zhink you could go to zhe infirmary to get me some ice? I'll move for you if you do. I'll hunt you down if you run avay," it was an empty threat, as she was way too tired to chase anyone, but anything goes in this heat. She needed some ice, desperately. To make it seem more threatening, she opened both helioscoptic eyes and grinned, cracking her knuckles menacingly.
He didn't need to know that Maria would never actually hurt him. |

| Gilbert's ears perked as he heard German spill from her lips. "Sie sprechen Deutsch?" He asked, it's not everyday he met someone who spoke German. And she was a Slytherin. Why hadn't he saw her before? He dismissed the thought under the "I-don't-really-care-anymore" file in his mind and went back to staring at the underside of the leaves.
He gave a weak chuckle at what the small blonde said. He was sure he wasn't supposed to hear it- since he spoke it so softly."Who knows, we might be ghosts. I mean, we're pale enough." Well, he was sure he was turning pink, but still.
Puffie? Damn, she sounded just like him! He knew that his awesomeness would catch on sooner or later! "Get me some too Squrit! I'm dying here! You shouldn't leave the definition of Awesome to die of a heat stroke!" He gave the boy a pleading, pained stare, to show that he was going to die. He hoped that this kid was like Birdie and easy to order around if he played the "poor-me" card.
If the kid didn't get him some, he was so going to threaten to send an Italian Mobster at him. Not that Lovino was part of the Mob mind you (or the fact that he wouldn't do anything for Gilbert, he'd probally just strangle him in his sleep if he found out that the albino called him a mobster), but if any first year saw the angry Italian, he was sure that they'd do anything they could not to be at the end of his wrath. |

| Right! Ice! He had to go get them both some ice, then they'd forgive him and he wouldn't get beaten up later! ...Wait, did she call him 'Puffie'? And he called him 'Squirt'? I've got a name...stupid losers...! Don't call me that... he thought, a little grumpy. Either way, he probably should find them some ice so he could just find a new place to do his school work. Better yet, he could try out that new spell he'd been working on! The lake was closer than the infirmary anyway.
"J-ja, ja! I-I'll get ice, j-just hold on for a second, I'm s-sorry!" he squeaked at the two of them, setting down his precious book(not something you wanted to bring near the lake), before clumsily squeezing away from them. He didn't trip! Perhaps it was carrying that huge book around made him lose his balance. At least he didn't fall on one of the, again, it'd be even worse if he fell on the girl and accidentally touched her bosom...a-ah yes, that'd be bad...he'd surely be beaten to death by her boyfriend(what? She was really pretty, Raivis thought, surely a pretty, older girl wasn't single). Raivis didn't want to die...Not this young.
He dashed down to the lake, pulling out his quite cumbersome wand, and spoke a chant at the the lake side. "Fieri g-glacie!" he spoke softly, a few splots of water rose, but then did nothing. His stutter always ruined his spell casting...After about four more times, Raivis finally got it right(Seriously, they should learn this themselves!), and the water hovered just above the lake, now a frozen chunk. The next task was getting the ice to follow him up the hill...that wasn't a spell he'd managed to master yet.
After a few minutes thought, Raivis left the chunks of ice there, ran back up to them, panting. "S-sorry for the w-wait...A-accio! ...Accio!" he half smiled as the ice flew at him- then ducked and let the ice chunks crash into the weird albinos.

| A silver eyebrow rose as the reply--in German, no less--came to her. "Ja, das tue ich," she confirmed, nodding lightly. The same thought processed through her mind, wondering how she had not met this other albino that spoke German earlier. They were both in Slytherin. Maybe they were different years? Meh, she could care less at this moment while she was burning in the sun.
Maria watched the small Hufflepuff put his book down then proceed to step over them. She moved her legs as she promised so that he could get out. Fortunately for Raivis (and unfortunately for her), Maria was currently single and had never had a boyfriend. She reasoned it as no one met her standards because no one was just as awesome as she was. So for now she could deal with flirting and flings.
"Excuse me? Definition of awesome? You're in vay over your head," she snorted as soon as the Hufflepuff disappeared from sight. "Zhat vould be me, Maria Beilschmidt. Awesome incarnate zhat's Prussian."
However, her smugness was short lived when Puffie came back and quickly accio-ed the blocks of ice over. Which were flying in her direction. At a speed that her mind registered as 'get the hell out of the way'. Despite the heat, she quickly rolled over as it crashed into the maple tree behind her, shattering into smaller chunks. Maria breathed a sigh of relief. |

| Hot. That was one word perfectly describing the day. Too hot were two words even more perfect. Although Daniel was used to the heat, as summers in Hungary tended to be even hotter, he didn't exactly love it. Especially in the sweltering hot common rooms. He left the castle in hopes of cooling down a little outside, but that plan went down the drain the moment he stepped out the castle's doors. Deciding to look for a shadowy part of the grounds, Daniel looked around and found a nice tree with even nicer shade. Unfortunately, it had occupants underneath it already.
Daniel watched in interest as two older Slytherin seemed to scare a poor Hufflepuff shitless. He grimaced at the way the small boy dashed away to the lake, only to have a chunk of ice flying straight at the two albinos(?). He raised an eyebrow. The kid had more spunk than he had originally thought. Quickly, he whipped out his wand and thought 'Impedimenta', pointing it at the chunks of ice. While he managed to stop most of it, a few already crashed into the tree, shattering into smaller ones. He froze those too, before they could hurt the girl, who, thankfully, had good enough reflexes to get out the ice's way.
When he saw that no blood was spilled, Daniel let out a sigh of relief. He walked over to the tree and smiled at the horrified Hufflepuff. "You really should be more careful." then he turned to the two albinos. "Are you two alright?" he asked, slightly worried that he had missed a few chunks.

| ((I Can not write two things at once Dx This is too hard! Sorry for it being rushed!!))
He stared at the girl. Humm, interesting. "Wo haben Sie gelebt? Berlin?"
Gilbert gave a weak chuckle. "Thanks, Squirt!" He knew the "poor me" card worked on Hufflepuffs! He should really try it out more offten, but he also didn't what people to think that he was some helpless whelp! Yup, that settles it, he wasn't playing that card anymore.
Gilbert just sat there, listening to the boy's retreating footsteps. As soon as he left, a nice breeze swept over, russling the leaves and messing his awesome hair. But it felt nice, it brushed the heat away from his face. He almost forgot about the other albino and felt at peace...
Untill she opened her mouth.
He turned his head to glare at her. "Verzeihen Sie mir? Was hast du gerade gesagt?" How dare she say she's awesomer than him! "You are deeply mistaken, Mädchen. I'm the awesome one here! Gilbert Beilschmidt, and a true Prussian decendent!" On his Mother's side, of course. They were all East Germans.
Then the kid came back. He gave a large smile, "Hey Squirt! Where's the ice?" He answered his own question as the ice came smashing into the tree, almost hitting the other albino. Gilbert lifted his arm to sheild his eyes from the small ice chucks. As nice it flet to have the ice sprayed on him, he was quite annoyed for the fact that he tried to kill them with it. "Was zum Teufel, Squirt!"
Gilbert blinked as a shadow fell over him. He looked up too see some brown haired boy. The kid looked like he could have been a knight the way he held himself, he fact that his hair was in a lose ponytail didn't help. He noticed the crest on his shirt. A Gryffindor. Great, now all they needed was a Ravenclaw and they would have all the houses in this school. "Just peachy, Hero boy." Just like a Gryffindorto show up to save the day. |

| "A-ah, the ice, w-watch out-"
Raivis was sure if there was any luck left in his body, it'd just been used up. Oh dear lord, his heart nearly stopped along with the last couple chunks of ice; and then it started beating like it was going to jump out of his chest again. Raivis stared at the stationary ice in shock for a second, then at Maria. She didn't look hurt, that was good...Or was that bad? She escaped the flying ice unscathed, which meant if she was going to yell or hit him for being clumsy, she had ample opportunity. Maybe she wouldn't with so many others around...B-but there was the other Slytherin still, and he looked even more angry than the girl! Raivis hung he head and started stuttering out apologies, again. But then he noticed Gilbert was talking to someone else. Hero boy, who was-
Raivis jumped, noticing the Gryffindor; Gah! How did these people manage to sneak up on him so easily? At least he smiled, and didn't look so...well, mad about almost getting murdered by ice. "Y-yes sir, I'm s-sorry! I didn't think th-the ice would comes s-so fast!" he said, nodding and apologizing to the other a few more times. Okay! There was a Gryffindor here, now! They were supposedly the 'enemies' of Slytherins, right? Could he sneak off, unnoticed, thanks to this new guy? Maybe if I just start backing up a little, they won't notice... Oh, wait. His book. Perhaps he could grab that, then sneak off, invisible...No, probably not, but he really didn't want to abandon his nice Arithmancy book! Calm down, think of something...Oh! I'll just say I have to go!
"I-I really have to go..." Raivis started, then looked at the Gryffindor, "Th-thank you for stopping th-the ice! I won't d-do that again! Th-those two just were too lazy to get their own ice, i-is all! Uhm, bye!" he reached down for his book, sighing in relief; that sounded pretty tactful to Raivis!

| If Maria hadn't gotten out of the way, she would've been roadkill by now. Sitting up immediately, she put a hand over her chest and took a deep breath to calm down. "Mein Gott, Puffie!" she started, a little frazzled from the experience. There was no way she was going to let him leave just like that. She could've been crushed by his little stunt! "Vere you trying to kill me? Unawesome!"
Groaning, she grabbed an ice chunk and pressed it against her forehead. She also grabbed another smaller piece to put down her shirt (or crop top). Maria pushed herself up off the ground before walking over to the Hufflepuff, passing by the Gryffindor on the way. She remembered seeing him somewhere before, and now she had to put name to face. Didn't his name start with a 'D'?
She crossed her arms when she stopped right in front of the small blonde. "You're not going anyvhere, liebling," she stated firmly, lips drawn into a thin line. "Do you have somezhing against us--me?" |

| Daniel sighed slightly in relief when neither of the two Slytherins were harmed, but frowned when the albino guy opened his mouth. "That's such a relief." he said to him sarcastically, rolling his eyes. He was obviously one of those Slytherins who hated Gryffindors just because of their house. Although Daniel was generally a friendly person, he didn't get along well with those who hated him at first sight.
He raised an eyebrow as the girl slid a chunk of ice down her top. The girl obviously wasn't a shy one. He watched her go up to the smaller boy with a growing sense of dread. He had seen (and sometimes felt) how Slytherins behaved with anyone from a different house and/or smaller than them. And it wasn't pretty.
Although he wanted to intervene, something told him the girl wasn't going to harm the little Hufflepuff. Instead, he bent down for the book the boy was reaching for before the girl stopped him. When he picked it up he could see it was an Arithmancy book. He raised an eyebrow in surprise. The boy looked no older than a first year and he was interested in Arithmancy? That was...interesting.
Deciding to save the nervous boy from the girl's wrath, Daniel went over to them. He passed the girl and stepped next to the Hufflepuff. "Here, I believe this is yours." he said, smiling, holding the book out to the smaller one. Then he turned to the pale girl. "Hey, it was just an accident. Could you forgive him this one?" he asked. Despite the girl not seeming like the regular bully-type Slytherin, safe was always better than sorry.

| ((It's not full of fail! you lie Dx lol, this whole reply was full of rambling xD ))
He gave another snort at the boy's tone, someone didn't like the fact that he was a Slytherin. He must be one of those stupid Gryffindors that thought all Slytherins were out to destroy the world. How lame. Couldn't he see that he was just here enjoying (more like dying) in this midday summer sun? What an over confidant loser. "Glad you feel that way, the fact that my awesomeness is fine should bring you relief!" He would normally cross his arms and glare into the others eyes with a look of pure annoyance and hatered, but he was to lazy to stand up, so he just went for rolling his eyes back at the kid.
He stared at the kid, his blood red eyes boring annoyance into his skull untill he walked away, towards the small Puffie and the wanna-be Prussian. With a defeated sigh, he closed his eyes. He knew he said that he wanted company, but not like this. He would rather have Mei or Luddy or Ming. Hell, he'd even go for the Brat's company right now. These people were moving to much and talking to much and making to much of a sence. At least the others knew when he just wanted somebody's pressance but not to hear them speak.
After a few mor moments of basking in the melting ice that slid and dripped down his shirt, facem and neck he struggled to sit up. He looked behind him at the trio. The two older kids were barking at each other, and the smaller one was standing there in the middle of them, looking like he wanted nothing more than be somewhere else. He caught the smaller's eyes and gave a smirk. Hope ya get out of there soon kiddo. With a huff, he stood up, his legs a bit wobbly, kinda like aa new baby deer (but that would be a lame conparison, not at all showing his awesomeness). He stummbled a bit and leaned against the tree for support. Damn, this was stupid. He gave his legs a little pat, hoping that it would make them stop being so usless. Ruby orbs traveled to where he was laying down. He wrinkled his nose at the grass where he was lying, it left a perfect impression of his body, which proved that he was there for a while. But it really made him feel fat.
Gott damn, he was sweltering. Maybe he could go inside and get some water from the house elves... Naw, he was too lazy. He just pealed off his white wife beater and tossed it to the ground. Then he gave a large stretch and moved (hobbled) to a different spot in the shade, leaving his clothes were they were: by his old spot and by the tree. This time he flopped down on his stomach and tilted head so his cheek was resting on grass.
He did this all while blocking out the others and what ever they may be doing. |

| Raivis felt one thing as the Slytherin girl approached him; fear. He'd already convinced himself he was going to be...be punched, or kicked, or have his hair pulled(well, she was a girl, girls did that, right?). Raivis' eyes went wide and a bit afraid as she reached him...He was going to die. Raivis was sure of it, she was going to kill him...probably with the ice, too. He swallowed and felt his hands growing clammy as she spoke.
"N-ne, I don't...I-I, uhm..." Raivis stared up at her, then past her...his book...If his 'accio' didn't make things come soaring at him with lethal speeds, he would've just flicked his wand and done it, but...He'd already been saved from that once, and death by book was definitely...well, lame. And most likely a bit painful. But then his book was picked up, and for a moment, Raivis thought it was going to be the other Slytherin, and he was going to destroy his book...Raivis breathed a sigh of relief as the Gryffindor boy brought him his Arithmancy book.
Raivis looked up at the Gryffindor with big, grateful eyes, forgetting to actually say thank you verbally, and took his book. He hugged it tightly, his gaze dropping to his feet...he wouldn't let it go until he was in the safe confines of the Hufflepuff dormitory. Peeking up at the Gryffindor, Raivis saw him trying to get the girl to leave him alone, and Raivis sighed, hoping she'd let him go and Raivis could dash off. He looked around, trying to find the best escape route, when he saw the other Slytherin getting up. Oh god, was this guy going to come after him too, now? Raivis started to panic again, but it was quickly quelled as the guy just gave him a smirk and flopped into a new spot of shade. That was good, he wasn't dead...
"Ja, i-it was an accident..." Raivis tried to pipe in, though he was sure he hadn't spoken loud enough. Anything to save himself though, right?

Roderich had gone outside in hopes of finding a quiet place to study. The Gryffindor common room was not an option and he silently cursed his luck for having been housed with the loudest lot at Hogwarts. He had tried the library, but the July heat had penetrated every damn room in the castle and made it impossible for the young Austrian to concentrate.
How is it that this castle did not have air conditioning?
Which lead to where he was now, outside in one of the castle's many courtyards. Sighing contentedly, he sat down on one of the stone benches, glancing at the albino lounging quietly under a large maple tree before carefully opening his Care for Magical Creatures book, stroking the spine as he did so. Roderich remembered the first time he had tried to open the book and shivered.
The peace didn't last long. Roderich heard a sudden cry of pain and a string of apologies come from where the albino was and turned to find that a timid Hufflepuff had tripped over the lounging Slytherin. Slightly annoyed, he decided to ignore them.
Sweat trickled down the side of his face and his shirt was starting to cling to his back. Lifting a hand to wipe his forehead, he frowned when more shouts came from under the maple tree thus breaking his concentration. Roderich considered going somewhere else, but it had taken him 3 hours to find this place - Gott only knows how long it will take him this time considering how easily he got lost in the winding corridors of Hogwarts. He chanced another glance just when the albino pealed off his top. Cheeks burning, he quickly looked away and groaned loudly.
Why couldn't he have just stayed in Austria? |

| (( Full house! x3 ))
Maria groaned at the hero Gryffindor interfering. She wasn't really going to hurt the Hufflepuff, but maybe scare him enough to get an apology and favor (she didn't hear the kid already say sorry a million times as his voice was rather quiet). While she didn't have the same animosity for Gryffindors as the rest of her house, she couldn't help but curl her lips downward in distaste. Did he have to interfere? "I can't forgive unless I get an apology," she said, crossing her arms under her chest and fixing a hard stare at Raivis.
After a while, her gaze tore from the small Hufflepuff and back to the Gryffindor. It took a few more minutes before she realized who it was. Blinking, all thoughts of getting an apology vanished into thin air as she grinned and hooked an arm around the Gryffindor's shoulder.
"Daniel!" she greeted and ruffled his hair, stepping back a bit. He was the one she met while hiding from Filch along with Lovino. "I haven't seen you since a few days back! How are ya?" Once someone met Maria, it was hard to get out of her grasp and her claim that they were her 'friend' even if she only met them a few moments ago. Well, unless she found a lot of fun in annoying them or hated them because of first impressions.
Feeling in a much more cheerful mood than before, she scanned the nearby vicinity with her eyes and saw another Gryffindor seated on a bench a few ways away from them. He was looking in their direction too until he suddenly blushed and buried his nose back into his book. Even so, the albino gave a small wave. |

| Daniel frowned but knew the girl was right. After getting nearly killed she did deserve an apology at least. When the girl greeted him and ruffled his hair, he couldn't help but blink, thoroughly confused. And she hasn't seem him since a few days back...?
Daniel was sorely tempted to hit himself. Of course, she was the girl he met in the Room of Requirement, along with that Lovino guy!
He smiled at the girl. "Hello, Maria." He couldn't understand how he didn't recognize her at first sight. Not all that many albino girls went to Hogwarts, after all. "I'm quite fine, thank you. Bit hot, is all. You?"
He was in a much better mood now. He didn't think Maria had any intention of hurting the small Hufflepuff; she didn't seem like the type. And, of course, it was always better to suffer through heat when you had others suffering along with you. Especially if one of said others was a friend of yours. (At least, he liked to think that they were friends. They definitely weren't enemies.)
He followed Maria's gaze to see who she was waving at. He saw one of his fellow Gryffindors sitting on a bench, his blushing face buried in a book. He wondered if he should go and introduce himself to the guy. Then, with a slight shrug, he decided against it. He knew from experience that it was never a good idea to disturb someone's reading; especially if they were absorbed in their book. And he looked very much absorbed in it, with the way he buried his nose in his book deeply.

Gilbert happened to notice the other boy shuffle into the cortyard a while ago, but quickly forgot about him in all the fuss. When started to peeled off his tank top, he chanced a glance in that direction, surprised to find him still there. He caught the boy's eye and breifly wondered why he was blushing. Turning around he glanced back at the trio, just incase they were doing something embaressing. Nope, the girl and the Gryffindor seemed like they were getting along, and the Squirt looked still looked like he wished he was somewhere else. Turning back to the blushing boy with a confused expression, he wondered what he getting all worked up about. Maybe he was reading porn behind his book? Franny did that during class once, it was the funniest thing when the teacher found out.
That's when it hit him: the boy was looking at him. Glancing down at his bare chest and glancing back at the boy he couldn't help the small smile that pulled at his lips. Well, well, well, he thought, amused. He caught the boy's stare for a second, and felt a large, wolfish grin on his lips. As the boy blushed more the albino gave him a wink that seemed to say 'Like-what-you-see?' before he looked away and flopped down on the grass.
The heat seemed to wrap around him, and he hated it. Gott, maybe he should go inside, force the house elves to make him an ice cream sunday or something. With a huff, he reached down to his boots and pulled out his wand. With a quick mummble of words he transfigured a rock that was lying beside him into a fan. Putting away his wand, he quickly grasped the new fan and began fanning himself. Gilbird hopped closer to the edge of his hair, enjoying the breeze as well.
A pleased sigh slipped from his lips as he melted into the nice cooling air. |

| That...that stare...Raivis had already apologized a million times, and really didn't want to keep apologizing for his little mishap, but...those eyes, he couldn't help but feel like he was going to die if he didn't apologize to the Slytherin girl once again. Maybe his thoughts shouldn't go to death every time something bad happened, but it was just hard to stop(or explain; he just overreacted! Badly!). Raivis had barely managed to open his dry lips and squeak another apology to the girl, when she shifted her focus onto the Gryffindor boy.
A bit of surprise filled Raivis' face; they knew each other? It sure hadn't seemed like it, only seconds ago...Could this be a good thing? The two seemed pretty content chatting with each other now, and didn't seem hostile at all. Well then...Raivis scratches his cheek nervously, covering his mouth as he cut off his half completed apology, and again glanced around to see if there was a good way to escape. The girl had definitely lost interest in him(he hoped), and he didn't think the Gryffindor, who was apparently named Daniel, was going to mind if Raivis just snuck off. Raivis saw him wave to another person- oh dear, was someone else coming already? All hope for escape was lost, Raivis didnt' think he could slide past a fourth person without- oh, no, it was fine. It was just some bespectacled boy sitting at a nearby bench, reading.
The boy seemed quite concerned with his book, face flushed in(what Raivis assumed was) extreme concentration. He was Gryffindor, too. Raivis felt a little glad there seemed to be someone who cared about reading as much as he did, and before he knew what he was doing, he too raised a hand and waved at the second Gryffindor, an awkward smile on his face- Raivis dropped his hand and his head quickly, not quite sure why he'd embarrassed himself waving to a complete and total stranger. "I-I'm stupid, what was that...?" he muttered to himself, trying to sneak away finally, taking a few steps away from the two.

| Roderich was just about to tear his eyes away from the albino, but then the other caught his eye. He quickly looked away, nose buried in his book as a blush crept up his face once more. Mentally hitting himself for staring, and getting caught no less, he chanced another glance at him. The other seemed confused at first, but then a large grin spread across his face and he had the audacity to wink at him. Roderich cursed himself once more as his cheeks grew hotter.
Not really feeling like studying anymore, he settled for ignoring the albino. It was too hot and the other had ruined his mood. A sigh escaped his lips and he put his book down to allow his eyes to sweep the area. There were three other people he hadn't noticed before, besides that Hufflepuff, who looked like he might die of a heart attack, there was another Gryffindor and a girl who looked eerily similar to the boy who lazed under the maple tree, hogging the shade.
The girl noticed him and lifted a hand to wave at him, before the small Hufflepuff followed suit. Roderich lazily waved back before turning back to his book. The words blurred together and the heat was really getting to him, lifting a hand to fan himself Roderich silently wished that it would rain, at least it would be better than this. |

| On the contrary, rain was the last thing Maria wanted. She knew from experience that once it rained, the air would be extremely humid and therefore even more hot. And having today's weather break records wasn't exactly on her wants list. Scotland wasn't even supposed to be this hot in the first place! It was farther up north than England and that was saying something. Stupid global warming.
Maria snorted and waved her hand. "A 'bit' hot? More like 'a lot'! I'm burning out here!" she complained, trying to fan herself with her hand. The ice chunk that she put down her shirt earlier was already melting and almost gone, much to her dismay. The front of her shirt was a bit wet as well but she didn't mind. Besides, she was wearing a black shirt, not a white one (and even if she was wearing a white shirt she wouldn't have cared much anyway).
"Hey, Puffie, vhen you vent to zhe lake, vas it full of people?" she turned her attention back to the small Hufflepuff again. She could probably freeze a small section of the lake and then use it to swim around until the heat calmed down. "Ozervise, I have no idea how you got zhe ice so quickly." Oh yes, Maria had caught onto him. There was no way he could make his way to the infirmary and back so quickly. |

| Daniel chuckled at Maria's answer. "Well, yeah, light skin probably doesn't make you very resistant to the sun rays and it is hot outside." he said, smiling at her. His eyes strayed down from her face to her shirt, which was a bit wet, probably from the ice-chunk she put down it. When he realized what he was actually staring at, he quickly snapped his head away with a light blush. He hoped Maria didn't notice it; he didn't want her to think he was some pervert or something.
Seeing that she was once again busy with the Hufflepuff, and that she wasn't angry this time, Daniel decided to leave them alone and join his fellow Gryffindor. It wouldn't hurt to get to know his house mate. He walked over and stopped in front of him. "Hi! May I sit with you?" he asked, smiling. "My name is Daniel Héderváry, by the way. I'm in Gryffindor as well. Who are you?" he asked curiously.

| ((sorry, I forgot it was my turn :S ))
Gilbert's ears perked at the Gryffindor's name. He turned his head to look at the boy. "Your last name is Héderváry? Do you happen to be related to a bunette mad-woman who's enjoys betting on people with frying pans?" Gott save his soul if he is. "Oh, and my name is Gilbert Beilschmidt- the awesomest Slytherin in this whole school! Kesesesese, maybe you've heard of me?" The albino chuckled to himself, he really didn't think that any of them would know him, but his ego had just slipped out at the last moment.
Giving a stretch, the albino sat up cross legged. Absently, he continued to fan himself and his owlet as he glanced around, hoping to find anything interesting. He hummed "99 luftbalons" to himself, wishing he had his iPod on him. His mood had lightened, not feeling so bad about the heat since he transfigured that rock. The shade and the breeze the fan made seemed to convince his mind that it wasn't so hot out. |
